Buggy pick-up, clean rooms , superb food, spa with sauna and jacuzzi. Fun sledding in winter, breathtaking views. Friendly staff, made us feel welcome and at home. Young team experimenting with Swiss cuisine. Snow Taxi, snowshoe hiking, and sledding available. a great and memorable stay.

We got great value for our money at Berghotel Chaserstatt. The room was comfortable and clean, and the location was amazing.

When it comes to breakfast offerings, I wish they had more variety.

Very nice views and location. Clean and well-presented room. Comfortable bed with two duvets. Super clean shared bathrooms. Fantastic spa and sauna area. Friendly and helpful staff. Calm and relaxed atmosphere. Excellent value for money.

Amazing location! Wonderful staff! Loved everything. Very nice rooms. Great spa. Snow shoes available and snow hike to Ernengalen was superb! Removed from ski resort crowds and exclusive to active folks. Great food. Kids loved the Bernese Mountain Dog. Don't forget to sled down at the end of the trip!

Felt lucky, nothing too much trouble.

We had a great stay at Berghotel Chaserstatt. the owners were very friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. the room was comfortable and cozy, with everything being new and super clean. the views from the mountaintop location were absolutely stunning. We also enjoyed the delicious food at the restaurant and the perfect breakfast in the morning. the highlight was definitely the spa area with the sauna and jacuzzi, offering relaxation and breathtaking views. We can't wait to go back!
